Abjection disrupts conventional notions of identity and culture, and this project aimed to merge disparate found objects into a cabinet of curiosities for exhibition. Similar to a series of film sets, this cabinet functions as a visibly compartmentalized structure, creating its own distinct reality within a network of interconnected boxes. Each object occupies its own designated space, yet remains interconnected through chains and gears, fostering mutual interaction and influence.

When the glove plunger is pulled downward, mimicking a plunging motion, it activates a mechanism that causes the knife to rotate, as if cutting something on a chopping board. Neon ball signs guide the passage of small ball toys between compartments, mirroring the vibrant neon-lit and industrial environment where the objects were discovered.
